What is Abilify

Indications
Treatment of acute attacks of schizophrenia, acute manic episodes of bipolar disorder and for maintenance therapy of the first type who have previously had a manic or mixed episode.
Posology and Administration
In schizophrenia: initial dose of 10-15 mg once daily, independent of meals. Maintenance dose: 15 mg daily.
Manic episodes in bipolar disorder: 15 or 30 mg once daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the medicinal product, age less than 18 years.

Hypotension, tachycardia, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, insomnia, drowsiness, dizziness, tremor, suicidal thoughts, memory impairment, mood disturbance.
