If the treatment does not have the desired effect, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 450 mg once daily.

Therapy may be continued for up to one year, but not less than six months.

Contraindications

Do not prescribe the tablets in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, epileptic seizures, abrupt withdrawal of sedatives or alcohol, bulimia, anorexia, concomitant MAO inhibitors, age under 18 years.
