What is Endep

Indications for use of Endep

Directions for use and dosage

The tablets are taken orally with or after meals – 50-75 mg per day, divided into 2-3 doses, gradually increasing the dose by 25-50 mg to achieve the desired antidepressant effect. The therapeutic dose is 150-200 mg per day, divided into several doses, but most should be taken in the evening. In cases of severe depression, the dose can be increased to 300 mg per day. Once the antidepressant effect has been achieved, the dose should be gradually reduced.

Contraindications

Do not administer to patients allergic to any of the components of the drug, in case of toxic CNS depression, decompensated heart disease, myocardial infarction, hypertension, severe liver and kidney disease, glaucoma, peptic ulcer, bladder atony, prostatic hyperplasia, concomitant use with MAO inhibitors, during pregnancy and lactation, children under 6 years of age.
