Application and Dosage of FML Forte

FML Forte is available as eye drops and ointment. To apply the eye drops, first wash your hands thoroughly. Shake the bottle well before use. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the dropper or let it touch your eyes or any other surface.

Tilt your head back, look up and pull back your lower eyelid. Hold the dropper directly over the eye and drop 1 drop into the eye. Look down and gently close the eye for 1-2 minutes. Place a finger in the corner of the eye, on the side of the nose, and press gently. This prevents the medicine from leaking out. Try not to blink or rub your eyes. Repeat these steps for the other eye. One drop of this medicine is usually prescribed once a day.

Your doctor will decide the most appropriate dose and treatment plan for you.
