What is Zyban

Zyban is indicated for the treatment of depression and to help nicotine-dependent patients stop smoking. It is available as an extended-release tablet with a dose of 150 mg. The main active ingredient, bupropion hydrochloride, is a psychoanalytic.

Indications

Dosage and Administration

The maximum dose of 450 mg daily is prescribed for patients who have not improved after several treatments with a daily dose of 300 mg.

Contraindications
